About Us:
For over 22 years NLDS has provided safe and reliable childcare services for parents who are working or attending school, who need day, evening, and Saturday childcare for an affordable rate.

Philosophy:
Our philosophy is to have an environment that allows children to discover and grow at their own pace. Major emphasis is placed on providing a foundation for socialization and discovery within a safe, loving, caring, and fun setting. We are convenient with flexible hours between 6:30am and 8:00pm Monday - Saturday.

Quality care and safety are a must for us. Therefore, we do our best to recruit "highly qualified staff". Our staff members have units in early childhood development and preschool education. They are trained in first aid, CPR, and safety and cleared through the state licensing board and the Department of Justice.
